As soon as I get my lazy butt out of bed, I’m going to eat my breakfast then head out for a run. I’m thinking 4-6 miles. When I get home I am going to do an Insanity workout, then the Bodyrock fit test for their 30 day challenge.
Also, going to stop by Barnes & Noble to get a fitness journal to keep track of my progress :)
